          The City, Nerve Cowboy, Cherry Bleeds, and Opium 2.0.  His first book, Inheritance Tax, was painstakingly telegraphed to this

          world in May, 2008.  He lives with his wife and two infant grizzlies, in a log-cabin, in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
